I’ve been taking Love You Health marine collagen for a good number of years now, and it has genuinely become an essential part of my daily routine.
I originally started taking it for my skin, but over time I’ve noticed benefits in other areas too. My skin feels clearer and healthier, and I feel like I have more suppleness and flexibility in my body and joints… being over 40 it’s something that I feel is most important.
